We are hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers to help generate new business by engaging homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. This role is ideal for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, and earning commission based on performance.

No roofing experience required — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners
• Educate homeowners on roofing, storm damage, and free inspections
• Set qualified appointments for roofing inspections (no selling required at the door)
• Accurately log homeowner information and appointments
• Represent Ferguson Roofing & Exteriors professionally and ethically
• Work closely with sales and production teams to support successful projects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach
• Positive attitude and resilience (you won’t win every door)
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Ability to work afternoons/evenings and occasional weekends
• Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but not required
