Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision for kiosk products
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable objectives
- Continuously refine priorities based on insights, data, and evolving customer needs
Customer-centered Discovery:
- Lead discovery to identify real customer and operator problems
- Validate solutions before development through testing and feedback
- Engage directly with guests, owners, and restaurant teams to uncover insights
- Ensure every initiative is grounded in customer value and business viability
Lead an empowered product team:
- Foster trust, autonomy, and shared accountability across the team
- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, finance, and legal
- Promote open communication, rapid learning, and iterative delivery
Drive outcome-focused delivery:
- Define and track success metrics and OKRs aligned to business goals
- Prioritize effectively across quick wins and long-term strategic investments
- Own the end-to-end delivery process to ensure high-quality, predictable releases
Champion Continuous Improvements:
- Encourage experimentation and learning from outcomes (including failures)
- Use data and feedback to guide product decisions
- Share learnings transparently across teams and stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
- Strong background in product discovery and customer research
- Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes
- Experience making data-informed decisions and running experiments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and passion for solving customer problems
