Krossfade is a Los Angeles-based live events and experiential production company. In our current phase, we operate like a modern production studio producing culture-forward events, broadcasts, and experiences. We are building a repeatable, scalable operating system for production and show execution.
About the role
As Executive Producer, you will be the production lead responsible for running the show across planning, vendors, budgets, schedules, staffing, and on-site execution. You’ll partner closely with leadership and internal creative to translate goals into real-world plans, then manage every moving part to deliver a clean, safe, on-time experience.
This role is ideal for someone who has produced concerts, branded activations, festivals, tours, or large-scale experiential builds and can confidently manage multiple departments under pressure.
Requirements
- 5+ years producing live events at a high operational level (concerts, festivals, large activations, immersive, touring, or venue-based events)
- Proven experience owning budgets, vendor negotiations, and production timelines end-to-end
- Strong understanding of production departments and technical workflows (staging, lighting, audio, video, scenic, rigging, power, site ops)
- Calm under pressure, fast decision-maker, highly organized, and extremely detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors
- Comfortable with ambiguity and startup pace, including rapid changes and compressed timelines
- Based in LA or able to be on-site in Los Angeles as needed
- Able to start immediately
