Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Testing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and coordinating testing efforts in enterprise cloud ERP/HCM environments, with a preference for exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud testing. This role requires proficiency in defect management and testing tools, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful testing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing efforts in enterprise cloud ERP/HCM environments, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop, maintain, and manage test plans and schedules for various testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test scenarios, test scripts, and test data requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business teams, and technical teams to ensure testing readiness and alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate daily or weekly test status meetings, providing updates to project managers and leadership on testing progress and challenges.
- Monitor the progress of test execution, ensuring timely completion of planned testing activities while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Log, track, and prioritize defects, ensuring they are thoroughly documented, assigned, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, implementing automation, and improving test documentation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain all test-related documentation in an audit-ready condition to ensure compliance with project and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years in testing coordination or related roles.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating testing efforts in enterprise cloud ERP/HCM environments, with exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud testing preferred.
- Proficiency with defect management and testing tools such as Jira, ALM, Oracle OATS, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles and deliverables simultaneously.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and understanding.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation tools.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
