• Manage the end-to-end booking process, including flights, accommodations, and tours, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding their travel plans.
• Stay informed about the latest travel regulations, trends, and promotional packages to provide clients with the most current information.
• Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for transparency and follow-up purposes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); additional proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in the tourism or travel industry, particularly in customer support or booking roles.
• Strong knowledge of relevant travel destinations and a passion for helping others plan their trips.
