Role Overview
As a BCBA with Discovery ABA, you'll play a key role in supporting children and families across the West Jordan and Salt Lake City areas. You will:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and optimize treatment
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Requirements
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Utah LBA certification (required)
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Previous experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician required
- Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Being fluent in Spanish is a great bonus!
