As the organization expands into new and adjacent transportation markets, it is seeking a Business Development Lead to play a pivotal role in driving growth. This is a commission-only role built for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who wants their results to directly determine their income. The position offers uncapped earning potential, with commissions tied to new business generated and the opportunity to build recurring revenue streams as long-term partnerships scale. High performers can expect meaningful revenue opportunity as the company continues to enter new markets, with the potential to create a substantial, sustainable income by being early in the growth curve of a proven platform.

Job Summary

The Business Development Lead will operate as a commission-based independent partner, owning the full partnership lifecycle from identifying and cultivating opportunities to negotiating and closing high-value agreements. This commission-only role is well suited for an experienced, relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of the transportation and/or healthcare mobility space, and an established network that can be activated quickly.

The position offers complete autonomy over strategy, schedule, and execution, paired with the support of an experienced operations and technology team that enables rapid onboarding of new partners. For the right individual, this role provides the opportunity to convert expertise and relationships into long-term revenue opportunity while helping scale a proven and expanding platform.

Scope of Work

  • Identifying, pursuing, and securing high value partnership opportunities across healthcare, government, corporate, and transportation sectors.
  • Leading effective in person and virtual meetings and presentations that drive stakeholder alignment and forward progress.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and senior leaders.
  • Negotiating and closing agreements from initial contact through final hand-off to internal teams.
  • Maintaining a structured and disciplined pipeline while tracking market developments and competitive activity.
  • Reporting outcomes and key achievements with an emphasis on measurable impact.
  • Operating with ownership and accountability while developing the strategy and approach needed to meet shared growth objectives.

  • A successful track record within transportation, healthcare mobility, logistics, or government contracting.
  • A strong existing network that includes healthcare organizations, MCOs, hospitals, health systems, or public agencies.
  • The ability to independently source, cultivate, and close business that generates measurable revenue.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools and CRM applications.
  • Strong communication skills and a proficiency in relationship building and negotiation.

Compensation: Monthly retainer (DOE) plus high- upside commission tied to revenue
