The role:
What will make you successful:

Proactively upsell and cross-sell within our current customer base

Consistently exceed your annual sales target of £340k ARR and PS

Maintain strong proposition and domain knowledge

Adopt a trusted advisor approach to sales

Take full ownership of your sales pipeline

Ensure accurate forecasting at all times

Keep customer data clean and up to date

Present weekly KPI metrics at team meetings, including:
- Closed deals
- Pipeline status
- Meetings held
- Key deals and risks
