About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager who loves building clean, intuitive user experiences and thrives in fast-paced, consumer-first environments. If you enjoy diving into user problems, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and working closely with design and engineering to ship impactful products, you'll feel right at home. In this role, you will drive key parts of Paytm Money’s Mutual Funds journey - shaping the strategy, defining the roadmap, and delivering simple, delightful investment experiences.
· Translate business goals into clear user problems and actionable product plans.
· Build and iterate end-to-end Paytm Money user journeys.
· Apply strong e-commerce thinking to improve funnels, conversions, and user comprehension.
· Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, and business teams to ship high-quality features.
· Simplify complex investing flows into intuitive, trustworthy product experiences.
· Engage with users and stakeholders to validate hypotheses and gather insights.
· Own key product metrics (activation, conversion, retention, success rates) and drive data-backed experiments.
· Scan consumer internet and fintech ecosystems for innovations to adapt into the product.
· Monitor product health, success/error rates, and work with internal teams/vendors to resolve issues quickly.
· Ensure high-quality releases through clear specs, execution clarity, and operational rigor.
· 2–6 years of Product Management experience in a reputable internet company or high-growth startup.
· Strong understanding of Indian internet users and consumer behavior.
· Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products; fintech familiarity is a plus.
· Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, ship, and improve intuitive product experiences.
· Strong design thinking mindset and ability to simplify complex flows.
· Proven use of data, experimentation, and insights to drive product decisions and outcomes.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
