You are:
As a Microsoft Power Platform tester, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, work in a cross-functional agile delivery team, support testing, deployment, and documentation activities, as well as troubleshoot/resolve errors.
The work:
- Working on a cross-functional agile delivery team to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements
- Testing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform applications
- Writing unit tests and performing due diligence to meet acceptance criteria
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Here's what you need:
- 1+ years' experience in working on agile delivery teams (e.g. with POs, testers, architects) as well as performing testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and authoring technical artifacts / documents / deliverables
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in test techniques and programming
- Above-average planning and organizational skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Efficient planning skills and an ability to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to balance when to self-service/research vs. when to escalate, ask questions, ask for help, and not waste too much time
- Ability to recognize, adopt, and implement patterns that lead to consistent results, getting the work done in an efficient manner, and quality products/software

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
