Page Vault empowers legal professionals with defensible online evidence capture and trademark workflow automation. We’re scaling quickly, evolving into a multi-product legal tech platform, and 2026 is a critical year of growth as we expand our pipeline within Trademark Law and the Am Law 200.
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our in-person event strategy and execution. If you are a highly organized, proactive marketer who loves making events run smoothly and generating pipeline, this is a unique opportunity to build and own a function from the ground up.
About the Role
The Field Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of our conference, tradeshow, partner event, and field activation strategy. You’ll manage a 2026 event calendar (15 - 18 events), handle all logistics end-to-end, and partner closely with our sales and marketing teams to turn events into high-quality meetings and revenue.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where your work directly influences the success of two growing product lines. You will be the operational backbone of our event presence and the strategic partner ensuring we get maximum ROI from every event.
What You'll Do
Own the End-To-End Event Lifecycle
- Build and manage the full 2026 event calendar alongside the Director of GTM
- Source, evaluate, and book conferences and sponsorships
- Manage all logistics (booth, shipping, AV, travel, hotels)
- Coordinate with vendors, event partners, and venues
- Own timelines, deadlines, and budget tracking
- Handle booth setup and on-site execution
Drive Pre-Event & Post-Event Conversion
- Coordinate pre-event outreach with SDR/outbound partners
- Build event toolkits for Sales (talk tracks, scripts, QR codes)
- Ensure accurate lead capture and follow-up processes
- Report on event ROI, leads, meetings, and pipeline impact
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with the Director of GTM on event strategy, messaging, and ICP focus
- Work with our Marketing Associate to promote events (social, email)
- Work with our designer to produce high-quality collateral and booth assets
- Share competitive intel and event insights with Sales & Product
Represent Page Vault
- Travel to conferences and events (20–30%)
- Serve as an onsite brand ambassador
- Help ensure an exceptional attendee and customer experience
Requirements
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Tradeshow Management
- Proven success managing 10–25 events per year
- Highly organized, timeline-driven, and calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills (Asana is a plus)
- Comfortable partnering closely with Sales
- Excellent communication & vendor management skills
- Able to travel regularly within the U.S.
- Comfortable operating independently in a small, high-trust team
Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS, Legal Tech, IP, Trademark, or eDiscovery
- Experience managing event budgets or sponsorship packages

Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
- Bonus: $5,000 - $15,000 (based on event ROI & execution)
- Total Comp Range: $80,000 - $105,000
