- Stay knowledgeable about the company's product range, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.

- Promote a positive brand image through proactive customer engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
