We are seeking a diligent and proactive Interface Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, leading project design and implementation, and ensuring the successful delivery of valuable products to satisfied stakeholders.
The Work:
- Support and help lead project design and implementation efforts
- Ensure projects are designed efficiently and implemented effectively
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify system interface features and prioritize them according to business needs
- Collaborate with business project and scrum teams to create products that deliver value and satisfaction to stakeholders
- Refine interface features based on customer feedback and needs, ensuring the product meets user expectations
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Manage and prioritize interface product backlog items, ensuring the most critical features are developed and delivered promptly
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Present these to the scrum team during backlog grooming sessions
- Identify areas for improvement within the project and product development processes, proposing and implementing solutions
- Keep customers and stakeholders informed about the status of the product, ensuring transparency and building trust
Here’s What You Need:
- Proven experience in project management support or similar roles
- Strong understanding of project design and implementation processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing product backlogs

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
