What You'll Do
- Own the Enterprise Onboarding Journey: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for US-based Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, ensuring a smooth, technically sound, and value-driven rollout.
- Architect Technical Solutions: Understand customer business objectives and technical environments to design scalable, API-driven solutions leveraging Sprinto’s integrations, workflows, and automation capabilities.
- Integrate Seamlessly: Work hands-on with APIs, Postman, and data flows—understanding system integrations, validating data points, and ensuring successful synchronization across platforms (HRIS, ticketing, cloud, etc.).
- Design Workflows that Deliver: Create and customize workflows in Sprinto to align with each customer’s unique compliance and operational needs.
- Bridge the Gap Between Need and Solution: Translate customer use cases—even those not directly supported by the product—into viable solutions using creative configuration, integrations, or process workarounds.
- Thrive in Ambiguity: Operate confidently in undefined or complex project environments, driving clarity and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight.Collaborate with Product to Build Customer Solutions: Partner closely with the Product team to co-create, test, and implement new features or configurations that address customer-specific needs and drive product evolution.
- Be the Customer’s Advocate: Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Success teams, ensuring that feedback and insights directly shape product evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Depth + Customer Empathy: Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Technical Implementation Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
- Integration Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS integrations and APIs, hands-on experience using Postman or similar tools to test and analyze data flows.
- Solution design and delivery: You can understand complex enterprise workflows, break them down into outcomes, and create tailored solutions via low-code/no-code builders, APIs, and more.
- Project Delivery Expert: Proven track record of leading complex enterprise projects—preferably in SaaS, compliance, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently with CXOs, technical teams, and end users alike.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Composure Under Complexity: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding structured, creative ways to drive projects to completion.High agency: You can work across internal and external stakeholders to get projects moving without relying on pre-existing playbooks. You are a playbook builder, not a follower.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years total experience, with at least 3+ years managing large or complex implementation projects.
- Education: BE/BTech from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
