About the Role

The Commercial Operations Support Analyst plays a key role on Equal Parts’ centralized shared-services team. This position owns the end-to-end renewal workflow and day-to-day policy servicing for commercial P&C accounts across all Equal Parts sub-agencies.

You’ll act as an individual contributor while also coordinating work across our BPO partners to ensure high-quality, on-time execution. Success in this role directly improves retention, client satisfaction, and operational leverage across our agency network.

Requirements

Commercial Renewals (Primary Ownership)

  • Own the full renewal lifecycle for commercial accounts, including data gathering, marketing prep, quoting, proposal assembly, and binding.
  • Review expiring policies for accuracy, gaps, and market placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with producers and account managers to confirm renewal strategy and appetite.
  • Manage carrier submissions, follow-ups, and documentation through completion.
  • Prepare renewal proposals, coverage comparisons, and summaries for client delivery.
  • Track and report renewal status KPIs across all sub-agencies.

Policy Servicing & Support

  • Process endorsements, certificates, evidences of insurance, auto ID cards, and other routine service requests.
  • Handle mid-term policy updates, document management, and coverage questions.
  • Maintain data accuracy across AMS, carrier portals, and internal systems.
  • Support new business onboarding tasks that require accuracy or repeatability.
  • Triage and escalate complex service issues to the appropriate producer or manager.

BPO Coordination

  • Assign, QA, and manage workflows with BPO teams supporting renewals and service tasks.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for BPO escalations, questions, and clarifications.
  • Own process documentation and updates to ensure BPO partners execute consistently.
  • Monitor turnaround times, accuracy rates, and capacity utilization across BPO workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or offshore recurring tasks.

Success Metrics

  • Renewal timeliness and completion rate
  • Net dollar retention & account retention
  • Accuracy/QA scores on BPO work
  • SLA adherence for service tasks
  • Reduction in producer/admin time spent on renewals or routine servicing
