As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be tasked with understanding the unique needs of our clients and converting those into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify their business challenges and gather requirements through thorough consultation.
• Craft and propose customized solutions that effectively address client needs while showcasing the value of our services.
• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and successfully.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help clients maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
• Document feedback and insights for continuous improvement of services and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; English language proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience in a consulting, customer service, or relevant role is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for understanding client needs and developing practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
• A strong interest in technology solutions, along with a readiness to learn new tools and methodologies.
• Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
