Position Overview:
As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless guest experiences during times of high demand or staff absences. Your friendly demeanor and proactive approach will contribute to creating a positive atmosphere for students and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests and students warmly upon their arrival or inquiry.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate information about school programs and services.
  • Support the scheduling and confirmation of appointments for beauty services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and appointments.
  • Address guest concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed to support guest services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Experience in guest service or customer-facing roles is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexible availability, with a willingness to work on short notice as needed.
  • Shifts available are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00pm or 5:00-10:00pm

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
