Maintenance Technician chez Panelmatic Inc.

Description

• Oversee preventative maintenance programs, including scheduling with minimal building service

   disruption

• Perform and delegate maintenance tasks while ordering required parts and maintaining inventory

• Maintain facility relations through prompt, courteous response to requests within Panelmatic guidelines

• Review and analyze CMMS system data to develop maintenance recommendations with Facility Manager

• Maintain complete system documentation and update preventative maintenance procedures

• Monitor contractor work quality and assist with annual contractor reviews

• Mentor junior technicians and provide professional feedback on maintenance procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

• 4+ years relevant experience in commercial facilities maintenance

• Expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, equipment repair and maintenance

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and co-  

   workers

• Proficiency in CMMS system as well as computer software programs including MS Word, Outlook, and

   Excel

• Safety-minded approach and ability to maintain clean, safe workplace
