Our Application Management Services:
The role ensures that automation initiatives are effectively governed, resourced, and aligned to business objectives, delivering measurable efficiency gains and value to the organisation.
The Automation Workstream Lead acts as the primary liaison between client account teams, business stakeholders, and technical automation developers.
The role combines project management discipline with technical understanding of automation tools and AI technologies, ensuring delivery is efficient, consistent, and aligned to Atos’ strategic priorities in automation and AI adoption

Skills we can’t do without:
- Proven experience in automation project delivery within enterprise environments, including RPA and AI tools.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities, with cross-functional coordination and RAID/reporting expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an ITIL Foundation qualification.
Skills we'd like:
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) and degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to AI/ML in enterprise automation, with ability to translate business needs into impactful solutions.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, including mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and value-driven reporting.

Note: This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity, with occasional UK domestic travel as required. The successful candidate should hold or be capable of obtaining SC clearance to work with UK public sector organisations.
