Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive order execution excellence, reverse logistics, and supply optimization across our global hardware lifecycle. This role will oversee the development and execution of inventory and reuse initiatives that ensure OCI can meet current and future capacity needs. You will partner closely with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Delivery teams to align execution with business outlook and proactively de-risk hardware blockers before they impact customers.
You are a creative, analytical problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, understands hardware supply chains end-to-end, and can translate data into clear actions. You will build and scale programs that improve speed, cost, and reliability while promoting sustainable reuse and circularity of cloud hardware.

- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, quantify business impact, and implement mitigation plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presentations.
Preferred qualifications

- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and logistics systems; Oracle Cloud, E-Business Suite, or similar tools a plus.
- Background in process automation and/or building operational dashboards.
- Lean Six Sigma/continuous improvement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
What success looks like
- Measurable reduction in excess and obsolescence; increased reuse/redeployment rates.
- Improved order execution cycle time and predictability to data center need dates.
- Early detection and mitigation of hardware blockers with reduced customer impact.
- Clear, trusted operating rhythm with partner teams and transparent KPI reporting.
