Receptionist (Fulltime) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Salary £24,242 to £25,877 (dependent on experience)

About the role

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to provide front-of-house and administrative support on a 12 month fixed term basis, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of OSHQ - Explorer House. This is a key role in creating a positive first impression for all visitors and supporting the wider team with essential administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for all who interact with Explorer House—whether by phone, email, or in person.

  • Maintain security protocols by following established procedures.

  • Use relevant systems to manage visitor processes and support specific teams or individuals with administrative tasks.

  • Ensure the reception area remains professional, organised, and welcoming at all times.

  • Complete general administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of the business.

  • Salary – £24,242 - £25,877 (dependent on experience)

Location: We have a fantastic HQ in Southampton, Hampshire where you will be based and required to work 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
