About Wonderbly

At Wonderbly, our mission is to connect the world through the magic of personalised storytelling. We create beautifully crafted books that inspire boundless self-belief in children and celebrate love in all its forms. To date, over 10 million readers have discovered themselves at the centre of their own stories.

We’re an award-winning brand and now proudly part of the Penguin Random House group, operating at the intersection of print-on-demand, personalisation, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Our products are sold across the world, reaching children and families globally.

Based in Farringdon, London, we’re an independent team of 65+ multidisciplinary creatives, technologists, and storytellers. We combine big-company ambition with small-company energy — and we like to think that’s what makes Wonderbly such a special place to work.

We offer a fun, flexible, and supportive work environment, including perks such as flexible office hours and hybrid working, up to five weeks of remote working per year, private healthcare, a personal training and development budget, a dog-friendly studio, and regular team lunches, socials, and more.

Life as a Product Operations Executive

We’re looking for a Product Operations Executive to join our Product team. Reporting to the Product Operations Lead, you’ll work cross-functionally to help deliver an exceptional user experience on wonderbly.com.

Your work will span new product launches, merchandising, website optimisation, A/B testing, and key product initiatives, giving you plenty of opportunity to get hands-on and make a real impact.

Merchandising

  • Act as the main website owner for Homepage, Navigation, Search, and Product listing pages across all markets.
  • Continuously optimise for seasonality, performance, and customer experience.
  • Brief new product listing pages to keep the product catalogue up to date.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot website errors related to merchandising areas.

Campaigns

  • Plan and execute website campaign deliverables, leveraging insights from past performance and current trends.
  • Partner with the Trade team to run promotional campaigns on-site.
  • Propose A/B testing ideas and identify optimisation opportunities across key user journeys.
  • Collaborate with the Content Ops Coordinator to deliver on-site communications for Last Order Dates (LODs).

New product launches

  • Set up product pricing for new launches.
  • Define website and search attribution, ensuring products appear correctly on PLPs, search results, and filters.
  • Maintain accurate product mapping in ContentSquare and other analytics tools.

User experience & optimisation

Support the A/B testing roadmap, including setting up test variants in the CMS and Optimizely.

Contribute to test analysis and share insights to inform future improvements.
