Data Reliability Specialist 

 

Purpose:

    Provide consultancy in Analytics. We Develop Tools & Reporting standardization, functionalities, process innovation and we provide Data Resiliency: Cleansing, Maintenance Upskilling, Process Design & Consultancy, Operational Governance, Global process leadership

 

  • What will you do as part of this team? As a member of this team, the Associate Data Reliability Specialist's role is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the organization’s master data, which includes critical data assets such as product, planning and customer information.

Scope: Global

 Key Tasks:
• Provide master data-related support and ensure master data integrity and compliance with GxP standards
• Understand and support the need to Drive data, process and system harmonization by implementing the PH Master Data strategy and governance framework.
• Supports the enable data quality process, rules, measures and KPIs, orchestrates target setting and mitigating actions for data quality, and ensures continues tracking of actual performance.
• Drive digital readiness of master data on all levels of responsibility. Supports master data projects.
• Upskill operational teams and provide training to foster effective data management
• Supports the design of robust data architecture and data assets
• Helps to streamline data processes and optimize data management framework
• Supports automation, assists standardization, and centralization of master data maintenance
• Strengthens and enforce data governance and quality measures within operational teams in alignment with strategic objectives
• Potential work role: Master Data Coordinator; Master Data Stewart

Key Working Relation:
• Process teams providing master data domain knowledge
• Analytics and data community providing leadership corresponding to seniority
• Projects and mission teams, where master data related support is appropriate. Product, customer, technical and enabling teams to provide master data related consultancy

Skills & Qualifications:
• University Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (supply chain, computer systems, engineering, science preferred) or professional
training/experience in data management can be considered in leu of education
• Basic Supply chain process knowledge
• Basic knowledge of ERP System and supply chain tools
• Foundational Data Analytics & Visualization skill
• Support the Digital Transformation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to Support the co-creation of outcomes, strategies, process design and improvement initiatives
• Support Process Design & Reengineering
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Essential Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate English skills, both spoken and written
