THE ROLE Lead the charge in evolving our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy within a key market segment, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. You'll be bridging organizational strategy with field execution to maximize sales productivity and market penetration. This high-impact role requires close collaboration with Theater Leadership, GTM teams, and the Partner Ecosystem to ensure cohesive and successful execution of our growth initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive awareness and high-impact GTM activation across a designated commercial market subset, ensuring seamless deployment of new motions, tools, and campaigns to accelerate revenue realization.
Drive adoption and adherence to the defined GTM model by consulting with Theater Leaders and District Managers, resolving execution gaps, and ensuring the field leverages best practices and resources effectively.
Serve as a central knowledge hub by assembling and facilitating cross-functional enablement and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and alignment across the Theater.
Measure and analyze the efficacy of new growth initiatives, translating adoption metrics and adherence data into actionable insights for Commercial Line of Business leadership to inform future strategic decisions.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders (GTM, Sales Leadership) and external partners (distribution & channel ecosystem) to ensure alignment and maximum leverage of resources for market impact.
WHAT YOU BRING
Expertise in sales GTM strategy and execution, with a proven ability to successfully launch, implement, and optimize complex commercial motions within a high-growth environment.
Exceptional stakeholder influence and change management capabilities, demonstrating success in driving alignment and adoption across senior leaders, field sales teams, and cross-functional organizations in a matrix environment.
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to measure performance, translate data into business impact, and deliver clear, confident updates to executive leadership.
Deep understanding of the indirect sales channel and partner ecosystem, including experience leveraging distribution and partner relationships to drive territory-aligned outcomes.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines-Upon-Thames, UK office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
