In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing good fit partners for HubSpot as part of the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program. Using strong consultative selling skills and a wealth of knowledge in managing partners, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads as well as sourcing for your own pipeline in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships and your network. In this role you are responsible for selling the value of HubSpot's software, the loop marketing methodology, and the Partner Program. During the sales process, you will guide prospective partners as they learn how HubSpot can help them improve their client acquisition rates, client retention rates and overall business profitability.

 

In this role you will: 

  • Create a quality pipeline of potential upmarket partner acquisitions using HubSpot’s own CRM & AI prospecting tools to identify, recruit, and develop prospective high value partners for the HubSpot Solution Partner Program.
  • Dissect a partner's business goals, identify any business pain associated with not joining the program and help them develop a better plan for achieving growth (with the use of Crossbeam)
  • Become an expert at presenting how the loop marketing methodology and HubSpot's software (with a focus on AI) can help a partner improve the fundamentals of their business
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support on the acquisition process including the Head of Acquisition & Growth, Regional sales leads and the DACH partner leaders
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

 

We are looking for people who:

  • Have experience in managing upmarket partners & know what is needed to be successful as a future high tier partner 
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in partnerships
  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures showing business acumen and adaptability
  • Have exceptional consultative selling skills and closing skills with partners
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
