Your Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in leading a large front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room dining service. You’ll lead by example on the floor, maintain high service standards, and play a key role in developing and motivating your team to deliver world-class hospitality.
Where you’ll make an impact
- Assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to uphold service excellence
- Coordinate service with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams for seamless execution
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and end-of-shift reconciliation
- Monitor costs and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial goals
- Conduct staff briefings and support training initiatives to build skills and consistency
- Step into the Manager’s role when required to ensure continuity of service
What we’re looking for
You are a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy hospitality environment. You take pride in your team’s success, lead with professionalism, and have a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or resort setting
- Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate – Essential
- Driver’s Licence – Essential
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent systems
- Flexibility to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays
