As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary partner for key international clients primarily in the US, UK, Australia and India. Your role will focus on managing client relationships, understanding business KPIs through data analysis, and driving client success and retention with a strong business-first mindset. This role requires excellent communication skills and an openness to learn about performance marketing. Prior ads experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships with founders, marketing heads, and key stakeholders.
Lead regular business reviews and align client expectations with business outcomes and success metrics.
Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs and feedback shape service delivery and product development.
Analyze client business KPIs, customer data, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that drive growth and retention.
Translate data findings into clear recommendations and strategies that align with client goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Manage client onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of products and services.
Provide training and support to clients for optimal use of tools and platforms.
Develop and document standard operating procedures, playbooks, and reporting templates to enhance client engagement.
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive a seamless client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in customer success, client management, or related roles with a strong business impact focus.
Experience working with clients in international markets such as US, UK, and Australia.
Solid data analysis skills to interpret KPIs and business metrics, turning data into strategic insights.
Excellent communication skills and a business-first, solutions-oriented mindset.
Open to learning about ads and performance marketing; basic knowledge is a plus but not required.
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
