A Day in the Life

Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations.

The Principal Business Process Analyst will work as an individual contributor leading and managing multiple healthcare innovation projects, from design to implementation, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve high-quality results. This role requires autonomy in delivering complex initiatives involving new technologies, digitalization, and change management, while also identifying business development opportunities for clients. The Principal Business Process Analyst may mentor lower-level professionals and will communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure successful project execution. This is a remote role but based in Barcelona (Spain) with a willingness to travels if needed.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead Complex projects in the area of patient monitoring
  • Manage different Stakeholders Profile involved in the projects under their responsibilities
  • Elaborate the Project Plan using IHS tools and methodology and organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
  • Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives using proved methodologies.
  • Measure the KPIs & metrics defined for the follow up of the project implementation, identifying deviations and putting in place mitigation actions
  • Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of problems, perform cost and benefit analysis, and survey and analyze customer satisfaction
  • Report on project execution and communicate impact and value generated to project stakeholders including the C-Suite of the accounts

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of the job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education and experience
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience leading and managing projects
  • Proven experience dealing with innovation healthcare projects, including new technologies, digitalization abilities, and change management
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision and determine approaches to solutions
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Capacity to identify business development opportunities while executing projects
  • Experience providing guidance, coaching, or direction to lower-level professionals and managing delegated work
