A Day in the Life 🛠️
  • Payroll & Commission Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll and sales commission queries.
  • Assist with payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Support the calculation, review, and troubleshooting of commissions and incentives.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Support incentive administration and help validate pay runs against accounting data.

  • Data, Systems & Analytics
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, data trackers, and performance dashboards.
  • Use Airtable, Hero Pay, and Google Sheets to manage workflows and databases.
  • Analyse payroll and workforce data to identify trends, errors, or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to align data and enhance processes.


  • About You ✅
  • Experience in payroll, finance, HR support, or commission analysis
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation & Fair Work requirements
  • Experience with payroll systems (Xero, HeroPay) and CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets abilities and strong data analysis skills


  • To be a front running candidate ⭐
  • Experience with Airtable for workflows or databases
  • Familiarity with Make or other automation tools
  • Prior experience processing sales commissions or incentive structures
  • Exposure to analytics tools (Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)
