🌟 Join Our Team as the National Billing Manager! 🌟

 

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic National Billing Manager to lead our coding, insurance billing, and verification of benefits teams! This is your chance to maximize cash flow while building strong relationships across our organization and with our valued clients.

 

What You'll Do:

🚀 Lead with Purpose: Manage the operations of our billing and verification departments, ensuring seamless medical and behavioral health coding, charge entry, claims submissions, and reimbursement management.

👥 Build a Winning Team: Hire and train new talent to create a high-performing billing and verification team that excels in accuracy and efficiency.

📊 Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to enhance billing processes, meet established goals, and ensure timely submission of clean claims.

🔍 Analyze for Success: Review and interpret operational data to identify opportunities for procedural enhancements that boost revenue and efficiency.

📈 Achieve Greatness: Monitor team performance and track key metrics (Charge Lag, Denials, Collections, etc.) to ensure we meet and exceed our department benchmarks.

🤝 Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the VP and Director of Revenue Cycle, as well as other departments, to optimize processes and resolve billing issues.

🗓️ Facilitate Solutions: Coordinate monthly meetings with Admissions and Utilization Review to collaboratively tackle challenges impacting our operations.

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred. 📚

💼 Experience: Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Medical Biller required.

👔 Leadership: Minimum two (2) years of management or supervisory experience required.
