We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to own the planning and execution of enabled sample deliveries for strategic partners. This role ensures timely, high-quality delivery by leading complex schedules, analyzing large datasets, and driving cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, NPI operations, and ecosystem teams. This person will excel at risk mitigation, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement, enabling smooth execution of sampling plans that support platform validation and accelerate time-to-market!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sample delivery for enabler partners, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop and maintain sampling plans and timelines aligned with roadmap milestones and partner requirements.
- Lead NPI programs with customers and OEM/ODM partners, leading configuration and change processes.
- Align customer test requirements with internal design teams and advocate for customer needs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with NPI Ops, Supply Chain, PDT, and Ecosystem Enablement teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Implement risk management strategies for early samples, BOM changes, and supply constraints.
- Provide regular dashboards and executive-level presentations on status, risks, and trade-offs.
- Lead partner concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Establish process to forecast demand proactively and identify gaps in progress to plan to ensure timely, high quality delivery to enabler partners.
- Continuously improving processes to reduce sample delivery lead times and improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in semiconductor or technology industries.
- Proven experience leading New Product Introductions (NPI) with customers and OEM/ODM partners.
- Familiarity with OEM/Cloud product qualification workflows and the storage industry landscape.
- Strong ability to handle large datasets, forecast demand, and track delivery progress.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaborator management skills.
- Skilled in executive presentations and business insight to assess and communicate customer impacts and trade-offs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ecosystem enablement and partner engagement.
- Knowledge of x86 and ARM platform requirements and validation cycles.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and Snowflake to build and establish dashboards.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$95,000.00 - $214,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
