About the role


Job Type: Full-time


The Account Executive, Large Accounts will join our Houston office to strengthen partnerships with major clients and uncover new opportunities for growth. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys working across technical teams, building trust with stakeholders, and shaping long-term account strategy. We’re seeking someone who can blend commercial insight with an understanding of oil and gas workflows to drive meaningful impact and expand ROGII’s presence in key organizations.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all account maintenance tasks including but not limited to renewals, quotes, invoicing, product demonstrations, and onboarding for ROGII products.
  • Ensure strategic plans and successful delivery of ROGII solutions at each account for retention and growth.
  • Maintain standing technical meetings with multiple disciplines in each account
  • Set up bi-monthly lunch and learn sessions at every account
  • Develop strategic account plans that align customer objectives with our product roadmap and long-term growth strategy.
  • Ensure ROGII is viewed as a trusted partner to the organization
  • Track business development and sales thoroughly using centralized CRM workflows.
  • Deepen client relationships to identify leads to increase ROGII’s footprint across multiple disciplines (IT, Drilling, Reservoir Engineering).
  • Demonstrates strong contract negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Consistently hit sales targets and minimize churn.
  • Gain proficient technical understanding of ROGII multidisciplinary products.
  • Communicate with Lead Generation, Support, Technical and Marketing teams.
  • Up to 40% of domestic travel.
  • Other tasks related to all above.


    Requirements:

    • At least 7 years of Account Management and/or Sales experience, SaaS preferred
    • Previous experience in upstream Oil and Gas
    • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Docs.
    • Thorough understanding of subsurface and drilling operation workflows
    • Up to 40% domestic travel
