About the facility 

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

 

About the role

The role of the Patient Liaison Administrator is to provide outstanding level of customer service to patients and consumers, whilst taking responsibility for maximising private patient revenue; Patient Liaison Officer will be deal effectively and compassionately with patients and their relatives to obtain required documents in preparation for billing, perform the billing function for inpatient accounts, and liaise effectively with specialist Consultants, Private Health Insurers, Compensable Insurers and all internal and external customers.

Salary: from $58,442.80 to 64,610 + Super + salary packaging & annual salary review period
