- Apply your degree in Engineering or a related discipline to practical, real-world challenges
- Plan and manage your own workload within defined constraints, supported by technical mentors
- Provide technical assistance to manufacturing teams
- Liaise between engineering and production to support seamless operations
- Develop a strong working knowledge of manufacturing standards, processes, and procedures
- Contribute to achieving production plans, schedules, and cost targets
- Work accurately and independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Demonstrate a structured, disciplined, and safety-oriented approach
- Successfully complete the Manufacturing Graduate Programme and all mandatory training

Our Manufacturing function is a diverse and dynamic environment, encompassing:
- Production, Production Control, Materials Planning, and Stores
- Manufacturing Operations Engineering, including Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, and Tooling Engineering
