Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic Support and Patient Care


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. Under the guidance of the Clinic Practice Manager, the RN will serve as the lead clinical support staff member at the assigned site, delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting medical providers in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a compassionate healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient services.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform telephone and on-site triage, assessing patients for urgency of needs and prioritizing care based on acuity.

- Direct providers to patients requiring immediate attention and facilitate efficient patient flow within the clinic.

- Room patients according to current standards, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.

- Provide specialized nursing care to clinic patients, including administering treatments, medications, and procedures as appropriate.

- Support medical providers by preparing patients, assisting during examinations, and documenting clinical information accurately.

- Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling, follow-up, and communication with patients and team members.

- Maintain clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.

- Adhere to all scope of practice guidelines and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Document patient interactions and clinical activities thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

- Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, preferably in a primary care or specialty clinic.

- Strong assessment and triage skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and clinical documentation standards.

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and clinic needs.
