Summary/Objective:

The Job Cost Administrator is responsible for contract processing, billing, record keeping, and additional projects/responsibilities. The Job Class Administrator helps with organizational effectiveness and efficiency.


Strong Excel proficiency is essential, including the ability to create highly efficient spreadsheets, formulas, and data-tracking tools that support accurate billing, contract management, and overall workflow efficiency. 


Essential Job Functions:

· Contract processing and billing

· Contract record keeping and data entry


Other projects/responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

· Basic computer skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, i.e., Outlook and Excel; is essential

· Prior knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP is helpful but can be trained

· Two years of previous professional office experience required. Construction background is helpful, but not required.


Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail.

· Working knowledge of Excel/MS Office.

· Good at multitasking and prioritization.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

· Excellent interpersonal skills required.

· Strong record keeping skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work with minimal supervision


Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment:

This job operates remotely unless otherwise agreed.


Physical Demands:

This is largely a sedentary role.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a remote full-time position from 8AM to 5PM.


Travel:

No travel is expected for this position.


Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

None required for this position.
