- Lead the entire product development lifecycle focusing on process efficiency and cross functional collaboration with Technology, Operations, and Design teams.
- Continuously refine and evolve the product vision and roadmap for CPG Route to Market Automation, leveraging market trends and user feedback.
- Synthesize strategic insights to inform decisions that align with company goals and drive
successful execution of key initiatives. - Develop and implement comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive product
adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. - Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for the product, aiming to optimize profitability and
achieve financial targets. - Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
to ensure alignment and collaboration. - Proactively identify potential risks in product development and GTM execution and implement
mitigation plans for smooth delivery. - Provide technical leadership by leveraging team expertise in AI, ML, and data analytics to
accelerate SaaS product innovation and integration. - Drive reduction in time-to-market for new features by optimizing the end-to-end product
development processes.
- Proven product management experience with SaaS or tech products, ideally in CPG or
Route to Market. - Strong data skills: SQL, ETL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Firebase.
- Effective stakeholder management across teams and clients.
- Hands-on with UI design and prototyping tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into product roadmaps.
- Experience driving P&L and revenue growth.
- Skilled in leveraging AI, ML, and analytics in product development.
- Excellent communicator and team leader focused on delivery and innovation.
