JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for an Associate Systems Engineer.
- Combining knowledge of healthcare domain and a commitment to work with team of End User Support (team members and vendor partners) and collaborate with a stakeholder of different vertical of business and to effectively deliver services, support, and projects.
- Associate will thrive in a complex and collaborative environment where you act and ownership to solve problems and lead change with the infrastructure standards, policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Work on tickets that have been assigned to him/her and close these within SLAs.
- Assist associates with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to Carelon India associate.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.
- Provide Technical guidance.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience in System administration / End user support.
- Candidate needs to have a strong background of hardware and software system components
- Has got experience to work on ticketing tools like Service Now
- Proficient in Windows 10/11
- Strong understanding on SSCM, packaging, sequencing and deployment
- Good understanding on VPN troubleshooting for end users
- Strong understanding on Dell hardware (Laptops, PC etc.)
- Hands-on on Asset Management will be a plus
- Can pick up a new skill quickly
- Good at reporting metrics, creating dashboards.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrate experience influencing with technical and business stakeholders through verbal and written communications
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of End User Support.
- Take personal responsibility for developing new skills and learning about the business
- Give timely, balanced, honest, and caring feedback to help develop others
- Must have excellent communication skills.
