We are currently looking for a(n) experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin or working remotely

Your mission with us:
As a Product Manager at Lingoda, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our B2B product ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Product for B2B, you will join our B2B Product team  team dedicated to building innovative internal tools and external-facing products that enhance how Lingoda delivers world-class education to clients and students.

Your mission will be threefold:

  • Internally, you'll identify critical operational challenges and design intuitive, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable scalable service delivery.
  • Externally, you'll help shape digital experiences for our B2B students and clients, such as learning portals and engagement tools, improving learner outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Strategically, you’ll work closely with our AI team to integrate automation and intelligent features into our workflows and student-facing products—amplifying team productivity and enhancing the learner experience.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of education, operations, and technology—helping Lingoda professionalize how we deliver learning at scale through smart, user-centered digital products.

Your Tasks:


  • Drive Product Strategy & Execution: Own the full product lifecycle for key B2B initiatives, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategy and business goals.

  • Build Operational Tools for Scale: Design and deliver intuitive internal products that streamline complex business processes, enhance team productivity, and create scalable solutions that support Lingoda's operational growth.

  • Create Impactful Student & Client Experiences: Design external-facing tools like learning portals and client dashboards that are engaging, functional, and grounded in best practices from our B2C products.

  • Prioritize Outcomes Over Outputs: Use creative frameworks to assess value in data-scarce environments, focusing on tangible impact measures such as hours saved, error reduction, process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align closely with Engineering and Design to ensure timely delivery and great user experience, while coordinating effectively across Operations, Sales, Digital Education, and other key teams.

  • Lead Discovery in Complex Environments: Work deeply with internal stakeholders to uncover needs and constraints, especially in our regulated context where certification and compliance are non-negotiable.

  • Uplevel Product Practices – Establish clear documentation, rituals, and processes that promote product excellence within a growing team, helping embed a product-led culture across the B2B domain.

You bring to Lingoda:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or internal tooling environments.
  • Experience building internal platforms or operational tools that improve service delivery, especially in complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • A bias for action and proven ability to lead initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can build trust, align priorities, and influence decisions across teams.
  • Passion for great user experience, even for internal tools—you're committed to building products that are easy, elegant, and impactful.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, user research, data, and operations.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape new product areas from the ground up.
  • Fluency in English (C1+); German proficiency is a plus but not required.
