Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative activities and ensure seamless operations within the department.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and send out invites to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including tracking action items and deadlines.
- Support team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.
- Facilitate communication between departments and with external partners.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and reliability, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
