Customer Project Management (CPM) ensures customer projects / programmes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Contains projects throughout all phases, starting from delivery approach identification to completion / care / operation. Comprises management of customer (and all stakeholder) relationships and expectations during the contract fulfilment as well as project team members / resources. Contains project risk management, and driving of improvement actions to secure project gross margin and upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Manage medium to high complexity customer projects/programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality targets
- Act as the main customer interface, handling communication, complaints, changes, and relationship management.
- Align project execution with Nokia Mode of Operation, Business Groups/ Business Units guidelines, and PM@Nokia methodology.
- Lead planning, change control, and execution across cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ).
- Oversee financials, forecasts, profitability, and ensures accurate project data and reporting.
- Participate in pre-sales, defines delivery approaches, and manages transitions from Sell to Execute and Delivery to Care.
- Customize operational processes as needed and ensures contract management is executed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the Telecom Services sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory- Portuguese is a plus
- PMI PMP certification or an equivalent Project Management certification
- Advanced skills in MS Office and MS Project
- Customer-centric approach with outstanding communication skills
- Solid understanding of how businesses operate
