Objective of the position:
Design and implement new, innovative, integral and flexible learning & development experiences that enable employees to achieve their fullest potential and empower them for a self-driven continuous process that generate value and efficiency to the strategy and objectives of the business.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

  • Management of LMSs (Learning Management System
  • Training design & apps, HRBP role
  • People analytic, ISO audits, annual training plans
  • Training methods
  • Data analysis, KPIs, KBIs,
  • English level: Intermediate- Advanced

Soft Skills:

-Influence and negociation -Effective communication -Planning and organization -Decision making -Analysis and problem solving

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Pedagogy, Psychology and/or any other related career.

Main Functions:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs.
  • Create and execute development programs or tools aligned with the business strategy that meet the needs of our employees. Implementing innovative solutions.
  • Maintain the tools, programs and development processes and update them to improve the employee experience, and contribute to the retention and development people strategy.
  • Generate information for measurable learning and development indicators in order to execute analysis and generate action plans and process improvement. Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend development tools.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Management and configuration of the LearningnManagement System (LMS) on Security, foundation, notifications, analytics (reporting), and skill management. Providing the needed information, values,and resources, in order to improve the employee experience.
  • Sustain the development and update of the Corporate University by developing and implement innovative in-house e-learnings, Annual Training Plan, Tuition Programs, and so on, in order to improve the employee experience.
