Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in consulting or a customer-facing role delivering cloud solutions.
- Experience in people management, including managing engineers or architects through technical project delivery.
- Experience in leading cloud transformations, including customer-facing migration, program management, service discovery, assessment, planning, execution and operations.
- Experience in accelerated computing (e.g., Kubernetes, GKE, EKS, and GPU workloads).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Data Center Design, build-out, or Facility Management; managing large-scale Windows or Linux environments; network design and deployment; databases; or storage systems.
- Experience in systems design with architecting or explaining systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs, and methods available.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage across multiple time sensitive initiatives.

- Foster a positive team culture, through hiring and developing a team of Cloud Technical Specialists with objectives, performance management, and career coaching.
- Provide domain expertise in cloud infrastructure and platforms, serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers and solving cloud migration and transformation issues.
- Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and external partners to manage and deliver cloud infrastructure solutions through discussions, presentations and recommendations, and implementation in Google Cloud environments.
- Drive the development of best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives to grow through partners and accelerate cloud adoption.
