About The Role

• Assist in the development of marketing promotional materials (promat), including brochures, flyers, visual aids, and digital assets.
• Manage the organization and tracking of promotional materials and activities, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and well-structured.
• Support end-to-end marketing activities, including pre-event preparation, on-site assistance during events, and post-event follow-up.
• Contribute to the production of post-event newsletters, recap presentations, and other communication materials.
• Provide assistance with basic video editing, content adaptation, and simple digital creative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed.

Who You Are

• Final-year student or recent graduate.
• Digital and technical skills: basic video editing proficiency.
• Ability to design marketing materials using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking promotional materials and event data.
• Experience in basic social media content creation.
• Fundamental understanding of branding guidelines and visual consistency.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset; proactive, eager to learn, organized, structured, a team player, and adaptable.
