What You’ll Be Doing

· Takes full ownership of project delivery, driving execution with urgency and precision to ensure timely outcomes and maximize value for Mouser.

· Leads cross-functional software development projects from concept to completion.

· Shape project direction by establishing clear objectives, building detailed plans and timelines, and coordinating key deliverables and milestones to ensure successful execution.

· Assign tasks, clarify responsibilities, and facilitate effective communication across teams.

· Proactively resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain momentum.

· Ability to preemptively identify potential risks and impediments, implementing timely mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

· Monitor project performance against milestones using tools such as Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability.

· Ensure the integrity and reliability of project data by maintaining accurate, high-quality, and consistent information throughout the project lifecycle.

· Delivers consistent and transparent communication to stakeholders and IS leadership, promptly escalating risks and issues to facilitate timely resolution and informed decision-making.

· Lead post-project evaluations and celebrate team achievements.

· Apply insights from lessons learned to continuously improve project execution and refine processes, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness in future initiatives.

· Innovative and forward-thinking with a relentless drive for continuous improvement, consistently balancing creativity with a strong commitment to quality and timely delivery.
