Michael Patrick’s Restaurant Supervisor assists the Food & Beverage Assistant Director in the operation and management of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the successful operation of Michael Patrick’s Restaurant.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Accountable for directing the restaurant staff and assuring guests have a favorable experience when visiting the Food & Beverage areas.
- Review marketing activities and promotions with Food & Beverage Assistant Director.
- Assists with the development and managing of the budget for Michael Patrick’s Restaurant.
- Four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
- Five to Seven years’ experience in food and beverage operations and managing personnel
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- The ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
