• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in the IBM AS400 (iSeries, IBM i) platform and proficiency in RPG, RPGLE, Free-Format RPG, CL, CLLE, and SQL/400.
• Database Management: Experience with DB2 databases on the iSeries platform, including creating, executing, and optimizing database queries.
• WMS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) functionalities and operations (e.g., inventory tracking, order management, picking, packing, shipping). Experience with specific WMS products like Manhattan Associates (WMOS, Scale, iSeries) or Infor is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset when providing user support.
