WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Practice, support and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Muckleshoot Casino.
- Plan, design, and implement uniforms for uniformed positions.
- Oversee all Uniform operations to include, but not limited to:
- Process and distribute proper uniforms to new and current team members.
- Process garments for alterations and/or repair.
- Embroidery of garments.
- Alteration, repair and disposal of uniforms.
- Cleaning of garments and laundry systems.
- Develop, execute and manage implementation of conveyor belt system and applicable software programs.
- Manage the Uniforms team to include efficient staffing, team member development and training, performance management and policy enforcement.
- Communicate guidelines necessary to ensure consistency and compliance with the Muckleshoot Casino Uniform Program.
- Collaborate with management teams to discuss uniform requirements, proposed changes, priorities, schedules and service standards.
- Maintain and develop vendor relationships; liaison with appropriate departments to ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing requirements.
- Maintain uniform inventory and team member allocations.
- Develop, execute and manage a locker control program.
- Develop, execute and manage uniform control programs to ensure no unauthorized alterations or adjustments are made to uniforms.
- Create, maintain and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel.
- Assist other department personnel as job duties are completed, or in the case of absences.
- Create, facilitate and maintain a positive work environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Seven (7) years of uniform operations/management experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory/lead role required.
HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Uniform Operations in a casino/resort environment to include; sewing and alteration, body measurements; conveyor belt systems, inventory management systems, etc.
- Demonstrate comfort working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and direct appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate ability to successfully deliver desired results in a high-volume, high-stress and multi-functional environment.
