Purpose: The Commercial Loan Servicing Processor 1 is responsible for the coordination of paper and digital loan documents. This position will maintain commercial loans throughout the life of the loans. This position will also verify that proper documentation is received and/or filed to ensure the intended collateral for the loans is secured and will research items that are missing. Create and work monthly reports to be distributed to the Operations area and other departments as appropriate.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate incoming mail to Loan Servicing and distribute accordingly.
- Coordinate loan closing documents with packages from the loan closers and update closing log.
- Perform a thorough review of all information related to Commercial loans that are submitted for booking to ensure receipt of required loan documentation and to obtain corrections as needed.
- Perform next day review of loans booked to the core system.
- Complete Daily maintenance requests via Salesforce and outlook
- Maintain collateral accounts to reflect proper collateral control. Utilizes the Collateral Tracking system to track and follow up on any identified exception items.
- Organize documents for scanning. Work with File Room personnel to upload closing document packages to Synergy after booking and ensure imaging is complete, legible and labeled accurately.
- Complete UCC filings and continuations, initiate vehicle lien filings, track lien status and resolve filing issues.
- Maintain and work a pending file of follow-up items.
- Perform next day review on maintenance performed by other processors.
- Provide support to Bank staff on loan accounts responding to customer service phone calls and assisting with loan questions.

Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Experience: 1+ years in Banking Environment
- Licenses or Accreditation: N/A
