We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in the Cash Settlements team responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of all OTC Derivative Foreign Exchange cash flows to and from the firm's clients, counterparties and custodians.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
- Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
- Work on day-to-day Cash Settlements functions (FX)
- Ensuring timely settlement of cash flows and Investigation and resolution of fails
- Analysis of current processes and identification of process/system to increase efficiencies
- Supporting applicable Change the Bank and Run the Bank Projects impacting the team, from inception; providing SME support, testing and monitoring into Production and be actively involved in UAT testing
- Ensure timely settlement of cash flows and resolution of fails
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
- Experience within a Settlements or applicable product related role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced-multi tasking environment.
- Flexible working in Shift (Asia, EMEA & NA)
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
